ApeCoin DAO is a community-driven organization built on principles of decentralization and autonomy. As an APE token holder, you have the power to propose, discuss, and vote on Ape Improvement Proposals (AIPs), which are initiatives designed to enhance the ApeCoin ecosystem. These proposals often include grants to fund community projects that further the growth and development of the ecosystem. The DAO's decision-making process is fuelled by the collective input of its members.
Typically, voting is conducted on Snapshot, but as a delegation, there may be various ways in which you submit your votes. It’s important to stay engaged and up to date with the latest news and instructions for your new Made by Apes (MBA) delegation via standard Yuga Labs communication channels.

AIP (Ape Improvement Proposal)
An AIP is a formal proposal submitted to the DAO to suggest improvements, new processes, or provide information that impacts the ApeCoin ecosystem. AIPs can cover a wide range of initiatives, from technology upgrades to community grants.
DAO Forum / Discourse
ApeCoin Forum is the primary platform for discussing, drafting, and refining AIPs. It's where the community comes together to share ideas, provide feedback, and collaborate on the future of the DAO.
Snapshot
Snapshot is the decentralized platform where voting on AIPs takes place. As an APE holder, this is where you'll cast your vote to decide which proposals should be implemented.
