Delegate Performance Metrics

The performance metrics will be used to determine if a Pilot delegation community will have their allocated APE amount increased, decreased, or kept the same. The following metrics will be reviewed on a monthly basis:

1. Snapshot Voting

• AIP Voting Ratio
• Ability to meet quorum

2. Communication Rationale

• AIP Coverage (X Spaces / Posts)
• AIP rational post on the forum specific to each AIP voted on (Qualifiable data)

3. Commenting on Proposals

• Discourse Participation from the community members.

4.Promotion

• X Spaces covering AIP content.
• Twitter engagement: Twitter hashtags

5. Program Participation

• GWG Community Call attendance (2 per month)
• Workshop Participation
