Community Governance Improvement Program Overview

The Community Governance Improvement Program (CGIP) is an initiative by the ApeCoin DAO Governance Working Group (GWG) designed to empower the ApeCoin ecosystem by inviting community members to submit ideas that enhance governance processes or address other areas within the GWG's scope. We also encourage community members with relevant skills to reach out and complete the form, so we can consider you for future opportunities when hiring.

The Program is Facilitated via:

Public Dashboard: This dashboard provides an open and transparent look into all submissions and their implementation status.
Weekly GWG and DAO Secretary Meetings: Weekly calls between Governance Working Group Stewards and the DAO Secretary to discuss submissions and ensure prompt feedback is provided to community members who submit ideas — whether we’re able to implement them right away or not.
The AIP-408 Q2/Q3 2024 Governance Working Group Budget has allocated the program a monthly spend of up to $1250.00 USD, denominated in APE.
